Q1: How long does shipping take?
A: We offer three shipping options: Standard Shipping (7-10 business days – $5.99), Expedited Shipping (4-6 business days – $9.99), and Overnight Shipping (2-3 business days – $15.99). Processing may take up to 2 business days.

Q2: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: Yes! We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.

Q3: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account and selecting the “Track Order” option.

Q4: What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
A: Please contact our customer support immediately with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Q5: Do you offer international shipping?
A: At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping, but we are working on expanding our services in the future.
