Returns & Exchanges Policy

Our goal at Lumivaultss is to deliver a worry-free shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly offer returns and exchanges.

IF PURCHASED AT LUMIVAULTSS.COM
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags (if applicable). Holiday orders placed from November 1 through December 31 may be returned through January 31 of the following year.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Once your return is received and processed, we’ll send an email confirmation regarding your refund or exchange.

If exchanging for a new item, shop our website using your return value credit. If your new item costs less than the original, we will refund the difference. If it costs more, you will be asked to pay the balance at checkout.

Shipping fees for expedited or overnight delivery are non-refundable unless delayed by the carrier. Lumivaultss is not responsible for any non-Lumivaultss merchandise returned to our facility.

Returns must go through our online returns system. Please do not ship returns to our warehouse without prior authorization, as we cannot guarantee proper handling or refunds for unauthorized returns.

To Start a Return or Exchange:
Visit our return center at [Your Return URL, e.g., lumivaultss.com/return] and follow the steps to initiate your request. You’ll need your order number and either the associated email address, phone number, or shipping ZIP code.

Choose your items for return, then select either a refund or an exchange. You will then choose between two return methods:

  1. Box and Ship It – Download and print a prepaid return label and packing slip, then drop off at the designated carrier.
  2. Drop Off at a Return Bar – Choose to return in person at any Happy Returns location using a QR code generated during the process.

After the return is received and processed, you will receive confirmation of your refund or your new exchange order.

IF PURCHASED FROM ANOTHER RETAILER
Items purchased from third-party retailers should be returned to the original place of purchase. However, we may offer an exchange for items of the same value if proof of purchase from an authorized seller is provided and the items are clean and unworn.

Items purchased through social commerce platforms like eBay or Poshmark are not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty coverage.
